- We do not store form submissions in any database — data is delivered directly to our inbox and not retained on any server.
- Access to personal information is limited to authorized Q homes personnel only.
7. Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following third-party services to operate our website:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, CDN, and DNS. Cloudflare may collect technical data (IP addresses, browser information) for security and performance. Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

These providers may process data outside of Canada. Where this occurs, we ensure they maintain adequate privacy safeguards consistent with PIPEDA requirements.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Under TRESA regulations, certain transaction-related records must be retained for a minimum of six (6) years from the date of the transaction.
Contact form inquiries that do not lead to a transaction are deleted within twelve (12) months of the last communication.
